For orders delivered through an outsourced shipping service, for the safety of your goods, we will pack the goods in specialized packages or boxes.

– How to calculate Weight converted from Dimensions (for bulky goods – according to the precedent of the delivery industry): Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 6000.
– Customers can refer to the Appendix of Shipping Charges and Shipping Time Indicators according to the price of the supplier.
– If your order needs to be shipped by different shipments or has to be shipped many times, the shipping fee for your entire order will be charged one (01) time at the time of the first shipment.
